Evjen is an all-inclusive academy, so if you would like the option for your dancer (of any ability or need) to take one of our weekly class options we are happy to work to accommodate your choice.
We offer a variety of adult and all levels dance and fitness classes!
JUNIOR, YOUTH, TEEN & SENIOR DANCERS:
Junior Dancers: Ages 7-9
Youth Dancers: Ages 10-12
Teen Dancers: Ages 13+
Senior Dancers: Elite/Pre-Professional Level/Invitation Only
Classes are offered in all ages, levels and styles. Our acro classes are designed specifically for dancers. We begin training our acro students with strength and conditioning as well as stretching and flexibility to prepare them for acrobatic and gymnastic tricks that will pair well with their dance training. We offer 3 levels of acro, please contact us for class placement.
POINTE & DEMI POINTE
Our pointe classes range from pre-demi pointe (focused on strengthening the dancer and preparing for potential future pointe work) to advanced pre-professional pointe work. Dancers interested in beginning demi pointe training are required to have a minimum of 2 years ballet technique experience. New pointe dancers must also be observed in class by our ballet instructors to determine their readiness for pointe. Dancers with previous pointe experience are encouraged to contact us for class placement information.
We offer additional classes, in all styles, at a pre-professional level by invitation only. Dancers who are interested in pre-professional level training are encouraged to contact us to arrange a meeting and audition.
